Whenever we face a financial crisis, we think of taking a loan. Many a time, we may require cash in hand for immediate use to meet some emergency situation. You do not have to go through credit checks and lengthy application processes. A payday loan allows customers to get cash for a short time period against their next paycheck. Payday loans are typically given in cash and are secured by the borrower’s post-dated check that includes the original loan principal and accrued interest. The maturity date usually coincides with the borrower’s next payday. On the maturity date, the lender processes the check traditionally or through electronic withdrawal from the borrower’s checking account. Some lenders charge a flat fee regardless of the length of the payday loan, while some lenders vary the interest rate depending on the length of the payday loans.
